Dr. Brad Edgar is an inventor and entrepreneur, having founded, managed, or invested in a number of startup companies focused in the areas of clean energy and sustainability. 

Brad is a recognized expert in internal combustion engines, fuels, emissions, and emission control technologies, precious metals recycling, and sustainability. He is the author of numerous papers and presentations, a frequent speaker and panelist, and the inventor or co-inventor of 11 United States Patents. 

He was won many awards for his work including the California Air Resources Board’s (CARB’s) prestigious Haagen-Smit Clean Air Award.

Brad has served on the Boards of several private companies as well as educational and non-profit organizations.

Brad received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in 1997.
